BLOOM DUO

BLOOM DUO

November 4th, 2017

The brother-sister duo of cellist Jonathan Bloom and pianist Madeline Bloom, experienced chamber musicians raised in Berkeley, live in Paris and Cleveland respectively and have performed internationally. In their return to the Trinity Chamber Concerts series they will play works by Beethoven, Miaskovsky, and Bloch. The concert includes the Bay Area premiere of a neglected Croatian work whose breadth and lyricism suggest that it belongs in the standard cello-piano repertoire.
