An Oratorio for our Time - Last Stop Cafe.

Composer Sheli Nan and ROCKiT OPERA Musical Productions, a production company dedicated to social critique through a musical lens, are partnering with co-producer Suzanne Siskel, former editor of Harvard Lampoon. Together they are pleased to present Last Stop Cafe
It is being premiered as part of the Berkeley Early Music Festival and Exhibition on June 5th 2016.

Concert for Calais

World Harmony Chorus & World Harmony Ensemble

Hear fascinating a cappella arrangements of traditional songs from Haiti,
Iraq, Bulgaria, India, Quebec, Ivory Coast, Galicia, and Argentina.

All donations will help refugees at a tent encampment ​of​
4000​ Syrians, Middle Easterners and Africans in Calais, ​ ​
France. Art Refuge UK and EAR (Expressive Arts Refuge) will
offer expressive arts--especially singing and body music--
to youth from July 2-Aug 3.​ WHC director Betsy Blakeslee​ directs EAR. ​
She will briefly describe the program.

Free-will offering $10-20.
