Let's Go! A Farewell Revel

Say goodbye to our Bancroft Way building with a full day of free events.

Commemorate final day at 2626 Bancroft Way at Let’s Go! A Farewell Revel. The day includes performances by Kitka, Dohee Lee, Chris Kallmyer, and a special rendition of Ligeti’s Poème Symphonique for 100 metronomes led by Sarah Cahill.. The day ends with a procession to our new building on Center Street in downtown Berkeley. Come join the fun and send us off in style to our new home!

Opera singing divas Pamela Connelly, Kathleen Moss and Eliza O’Malley
light up the hall with arias, duets and trios from celebrated operas
of Puccini, Verdi, Bellini, Bizet and more, with special guest conductor Jonathan Khuner at the piano.

Ben Bennett | The Visitor and the Architect

8pm:
Ben Bennett is currently based in Philadelphia and frequently tours the country with a readily portable and seemingly unassuming collection of objects from which he conjures up a delightful and alarming array of sounds/moods/ideas. This acoustic set will fully utilizes the resonant space of the East Room of the Berkeley Arts Festival building.

9pm:
Bob Marsh will make another journey as the Visitor, this time exploring the sonic landscapes provided by Nava Dunkleman and her vast array of percussive devices.
